The healthy eating pyramid is a nutrition guide developed by the Harvard School of Public Health, that suggests how much of each food category one should eat each day. The healthy eating pyramid is intended to provide a better eating guide. It shows the proportions of one group of foods to another for our total food intake. The pyramid gives the most importance to foods like like cereals, bread, rice, vegetables, fruits, beans etc.
Anything repeated over time ultimately creates a compounded result. What results in your life would you like to compound? Overeating is a cumulative process and weight gain results over a period of a year or so even though the effects weren’t noticeable so much when you are careless in the beginning.
Consider a balanced diet. It is unfortunate, not many people know what a true balanced diet is. As a result, they end up missing out on important nutrients that the body requires. A balanced diet will always make you thinner.
You didn’t put on extra weight overnight so it is not a realistic goal to take it off quickly. Record a goal that you can reach in one month that is 4 to 8 pounds less than you weigh now and begin losing weight steadily and slowly.
