Now I am here to help you to stop following this fad diets that only have your wallet on their mind! They will leave you frustrated, not happy and definitely not a inch of fat smaller. Not for long though. Now you will know more.
Here Is One Reason Why Fad Diets Don’t Work:
I hope you are thinking like me. So let’s see. When you look around you what do you see? Many healthy fit people or big, fat people who even have problems with breathing or walking? Now look how many fad diets you see advertised? Atkins, Zone, Ornish etc…
Now, if there are thousands of fad diets on today’s market place, don’t you think that you should see less and less fat people around?
It would make sense, but the opposite is true. For which my common sense responds, that fad diets do not work! If they would, you would see skinny people all day long.
Second Reason Why Fad Diets Do Not Work:
Many fad diets will want you to drastically cut down on calories, remove food groups like carbs or protein or fiber foods from your diet or let you starve!
That is not healthy way of eating. Why? Well, if you starve yourself, your body naturally responds and your inside mechanism switch to a fat storage mode.
It’s subconscious and you can not do anything about it when it happens. Basically your brain thinks that you do not have extra food, like from the times of famine and to protect itself it starts to collect as much fat as possible. This fat is supposed to keep you going a bit. You see, your brain doesn’t know that you live right next to the supermarket, it does not recognize that you starve yourself “willingly” based on a fad diet.
So what’s next?
Simply stop reading books about these fad diets. Now you know they do not work anyway so why waste time and money on them?
Finally, you do not want to skip meals, otherwise your metabolism will slow down and you would start storing fat for your own preservation.
Then just combine all the healthy eating habits with regular exercise like jogging, yoga, martial arts, or what ever you like. Only then you will see new improvements towards healthier you.
Remember: stop looking for a fad diets and change your lifestyle habits to become healthier you again. Stop Thinking Popular Fad Diets And Achieve Healthy Weight Loss Without Dieting.
