Row Coaching with a touch of Gold

October 3, 2007 by Lucy

If you’re workout thing happens to be rowing then there’s a good chance you’d be interested in touching base with Xeno Muller, located in Costa Mesa sunny California.

Now you might ask why you would want to contact Xeno. Good question.

If you’re not familiar with his name - then Xeno Muller is not just your ordinary rower - he’s an Olympic gold and silver medallist no less and from what we can see, is pretty successful at running the family owned indoor rowing workshops in Costa Mesa, where he coaches individuals one-to-one, as well as coaching groups both on and off the water.

As well as running their website at Iron Oarsman, Xeno and his team have posted some fantastic training vidoes on YouTube and they also produce their own special brand of indoor rowing workout DVD’s.

With former coaches such as Michel Colard (France), Felix Boller (Switzerland), Harry Mahon (New Zealand), Marty Aitken (Australia), Steve Gladstone (United States of America) and not least Scott Roop (United States of America), it’s no surprise that Xeno has claimed his rightful place in the hall of Olympic fame.

Whether you use rowing just for keeping fit (there’s almost no better way) or you’d like to get down to some real serious competitive training, then who could be better to coach you than this Olympic winner.

Visit Xeno Muller and his crew at www.ironoarsman.com - happy rowing.
