Skiing is an excellent way for you to become and stay fit and healthy. Skiing is not only fun, it’s great fun, and is very good for your well being and getting into shape as well. There are tons of places on-line where you can find really good and often free ski exercise instructions to prepare you for your skiing trip and there really some great places throughout Europe especially to enjoy a skiing holiday.

Courchevel, France - is in the Three Valleys region, which includes Le Praz and La Tania. Courchevel being the most extensive of the three.
