Listening to the news earlier this week, I was sad to hear of yet another accident involving a heavy truck making a right turn, where a young woman and her child were knocked off their bicycle – with fatal consequences for the child’s Mother. I remember thinking at the time, that the sad consequences for the child and Father are hard to bare – there’s no ‘convenient’ time for such a tragedy, but at Christmas time somehow it seems to hurt more. But I hoped sincerely that this family were in touch with a good lawyer that could offer help and support to them through the legalities.
