At one time in the not too distant past, “wonder supplements” were all the rage. These all claimed to be the best muscle building supplements. These advertisements are not around anymore. These muscle building supplements do not work. Once consumers found out these supplements do not work, they were not purchased.

Supplement companies are the ones who manufacture the best muscle building supplements. Some of their products are not being advertised; they aren’t sexy, not the best, and have been around for quite awhile. They also are not illegal. These muscle building supplements are creatine and protein.

Great muscle building calls for getting into a proven muscle building program. Intense training is also needed. Thanks to science, anabolic steriods and other legal supplements are more useful and their function is much more understood.
