Keeping Loose Underarm Skin Tight
November 26, 2007 by Lucy
Back in October I wrote about dealing with how to get rid of loose underarm skin. Today we’re going to continue along the same exercise, but putting just a little bit of extra work into it, that will get results quickly and keeping loose underarm skin tight - will seem like a doddle.
To start - sitting down on the edge of your chair, do 10 of the phase 1 exercises on how to get rid of loose underarm skin just to get into the swing of things and warm up.
Now do the same exercises as in phase 1 - only this time do them while standing up with your feet about forty centimetres apart and with your legs slightly bent at the knees.
Try to concentrate in getting your arms stretched farther out and up when in the backward position - without moving your head and shoulders forward or sticking your behind out. See if you can do this each day and get your arms stretched more and more back, out and up. Remember not to lock your elbows or knees and don’t jolt your arms back and forth - use swaying, continual, graceful movements.
When starting this exercise it can be difficult not to move your head and shoulders forward and your behind sticks out. The good news is the more you practise, the easier it will become. The easier it becomes, the more incentive you’ll have to continue and ultimately the more tight and attractive your underarm skin will be. Attractive - heck yes. Remember that gorgeous, sleeveless dress - you’re going to be wearing it in no time.
Repetitions:
After following phase 1 - then continue with phase 2 standing up
Day 1 50 times, through to day 16 with 100 times
Remember: Although these exercises are not strenuous, we do recommend consulting with your physician when starting a new exercise or if you’re even just a little bit unsure of whether they are suitable for you to do.

Hey thanks for the advice. The good news is the more you practice, the easier it will become. Well said.
