Exactly how to firm up drooping buttocks is a question that many ask. Some methods are not recommended, but each person has their own preference - what we know is that regular exercise is a proven method of toning the body into good, healthy shape. You decide what’s right and suitable for you.
Electronic Muscle Stimulation
There are several methods of getting your buttocks to look firm and shapely again. Electronic muscle stimulation, which is professed to being able to help tone up not only buttocks but also abdominal area, legs, arms etc. The muscles are stimulated with an electronic impulse to your muscles via a rubber pad. It’s said that your muscles respond to this impulse by contracting and relaxing rhythmically as they would during regular physical exercise. Your muscles are worked without putting stress on your joints, knees, lower back, neck or shoulders etc.
Buttock Implants - Buttock Augmentation
Another method is implants or buttock augmentation, which is becoming very popular for those wanting a quick fix. Although this method is not only used for drooping buttocks, but also for individuals that want to enlarge, lift, and shape the buttock mounds, have a choice of a variety of different size and shape buttock implants to choose from.
Exercising
