On our weekly look at fitness and health, we came across a press release concerning a New York Doctor, who says it’s time to dust away the inner cobwebs and get down to losing that extra kilogram you’ve possibly been fighting with all winter and to really start living a healthy life. In short Dr. Morrison says

… it’s time to recharge, rejuvenate and renew your bodies for spring. The Hampton’s season is nearing and bathing suit time is almost here, so  stop hibernating and start cleansing with Dr. Morrison’s Urban Detox Diet (www.dailybenefit.com). After 30 days, users will lead a more active and healthy lifestyle and even shed a few pounds too.

Why Detox During Spring
