Can’t Lose Weight and Lost Interest?

The aim of most diets is to reduce the calories you consume, most of them are healthy but they will leave you feeling hungry and irritable.
Diets make you crave everything you can’t have, these are just a few of the reasons why you will lose interest. The reward you get from dieting is that you lose some weight and look great, but within a short time, a lot of people gain the weight again, why?
Maybe, it’s more of a lifestyle eating habit, we need to be looking more closely at. The diet we were on to gain all of the weight, obviously was not helping us stay fit and trim. We decided to address the weight problem, by adopting a diet plan to lose the weight.
In the beginning we are hyped up and fully motivated to start losing weight, this is very good, but diets don’t work for another couple of weeks, perhaps even months, and the motivation dwindles. You might be craving your favorite food and staying motivated is very difficult.
It is safe to say, an overwhelming majority of the people that diet, lose interest in their diets, within a couple of weeks, or shorter. The trick is, to keep looking ahead and keep yourself motivated, toward the outcome. All good things come to those who wait. In this case, there might be some truth in this old adage.
Many people have been on quick crash diets, they lost weight but then gained it back again. The lesson they learn is to make small changes in lifestyle and eating habits.
The ultimate would be to find a diet or develop one you can life according to, forever, which means you won’t lose interest in it. Many diet plans are creative and you can get excited about it because they will allow you to eat the foods you like, perhaps just not as much or as often as before.
Finding an enjoyable aerobics exercise will significantly make a difference in the time it takes to get to your goal, as exercise plays a large role in losing weight. You may enjoy swimming, running, jogging or biking, but finding something you like doing is very important.
You will be rewarded if you give yourself enough time to get into the new routine, which means you will stay motivated, which means that changes to your eating and daily exercise will become a habit, which means you will lose weight and keep it off.

Your right on Lucy I created a diet program which got people kick started losing weight to put them in the right frame of mind which was called Lose 10 pounds in 2 Weeks .
This is then followed by a 12 week program to try and reprogram the brain to live a better life style.
I truly believe that weight loss or rather putting on weight and not losing it is all about
lifestyle as soon as we accept if we just work some exercise into our life and reduce (not always ban for ever) some of the fattening foods we all eat and reduce our sugar intake we can all be thinner and not on diets.
Here’s an experiment next time you eat a burger order it without ketchup, mayo and any sauce (oh an hold the cheese) now all your eating is meat and salad.
What does it taste like not like a burger you are used too but you almost halved the calories.
Also you now know what meat and salad tastes like , not bad but I am betting you miss the taste of the ‘real burger’. Don’t worry train your palate to enjoy the food and not just taste sauce and soon you’ll start eating less as you actually will taste food.
Here is one top tip when ever you eat either in or out buy the best food you can afford and eat half as much.
When I discovered this I really started to live well my health improved and the weight started to drop off
