7 Weight Loss Secrets Hollywood Moms Know But Will Never Share

Did you every wonder how the Hollywood stars lose their weight so quickly after they have a baby? There are seven weight loss secrets that the stars use that you should know if you want to lose weight and have that figure you have always wanted.
1. In your effort to lose weight, it is vital that you stay far away from foods that may inflame your body’s natural ability to burn calories. As I list many of the types of foods you should avoid, none will come as much of a surprise. First on the list are foods high in saturated fats. You will also want to stay away from sodas and other sugary drinks. Of course, pork is a big no, no. You should however eat darker colored fruits and vegetables on a routine basis, at least 4 times a week.
2. Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Listen, I know this may not be the most exciting secret but I have one question for you. Do you do this? If not, start today and you will be stunned at the results. Water provides your body the needed fuel to safely burn more calories with much less effort.
3. Decrease your portion size. This is probably something you’ve joked about with friends but never really thought about. Have you ever noticed that if you go to a high priced fancy restaurant, they put less food on your plate than if you went down the street to the waffle house? Portion control is huge in weight loss. Another missing link in the weight loss game is how you eat. When eating you should take your time and focus on chewing each mouthful a minimum of 32 bites. The more you are able to chew your food, the easier it is for your stomach to break it down and burn it off.
4. No snacking. Are you one of those people who like to snack at midnight or in between meals? You need to stop snacking in between meals. If you cannot stop snacking then you need to choose something small and healthy like half of an apple and a bottle of water.
5. Exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things in any diet regimen. This is because it gets the blood pumping through the veins which improves circulation and creates a healthy body. Exercise burns calories and weight. Your body cannot go without exercise for any reason and if you want to lose weight then you should develop a daily routine of at least 15 minutes of exercise.
6. When you know you are going to be away from home, bring foods that are healthy for you that you enjoy. Stay far from the pre-packaged crap that is nothing more than sugar in a box. You never want to find yourself out and about while hungry. Hungry people make poor eating decisions. I guess now you know why many of these movie sets have full time chefs on staff.
7. The last simple secret to long term weight loss is being committed to the process. Commitment is simply doing the thing you said you would do, long after the feeling you said it in is gone. It’s that daily discipline to apply the ideas presented above that will ensure your sustained weight loss.
If you are serious about losing weight then you need to take it seriously. Clean out your cupboards of all of the fatty foods that aren’t healthy and start a new diet. Cut down on the amount of food you are eating and no more raiding the fridge in the middle of the night. Exercise daily and be sure to drink plenty of water. If you can dedicate your body to this regimen then you will notice weight loss within as soon as a week.
