3 Ways to Make Belly Fat Disappear

1. Eat breakfast every day: When you wake up each morning, your body is running low on fuel because you had your last meal nine or ten hours ago! So, obviously, you need to re-fuel to your body by eating.
Weve all heard the rule that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Only most people dont follow that rule. We will usually eat a small breakfast (sometimes only a muffin, or a cup of coffee!), a medium sized lunch and a large dinner. Eating this way makes losing weight exponentially harder!
In order to lose weight fast, you need to reverse your eating methods. This means you should have a large breakfast, your breakfast should be the largest meal of the day, and your dinner should be the smallest one! Just think about the concept, if you have a large dinner, you will usually go to sleep soon after. Naturally, your body won’t be able to burn all those extra calories. It will instead store them as fat deposits because your activity levels are at zero when you are sleeping!
If you make breakfast the most heinous meal of your day, your body will have the entire day to filter those calories, using what it needs and eliminating what it doesnt. This means that weight gain will reduce dramatically!
2. Sugar causes weight gain: Sugar is a major cause of weight gain. The human body can convert sugar into fat deposits really fast. Sugar can give you a speedy burst of energy when you think you need it, but it will also cause cravings, which inevitably lead to weight gain.
The more sugar you eat, the stronger the cravings become, the more weight you gain, and the less happy you are. Rather than sugar, you should eat potatoes, rice, natural fruits and vegetables, bread, and pasta, all of which produce good glucose.
3. Drink plenty of water: Drinking water is essential for weight loss and for an overall healthy body! You can drink as much water as you want and you wont gain weight. Instead, you will burn fat by boosting your metabolism! If you have ever woken up in the morning feeling tired and, well, unable to wake up, it is possible that you are dehydrated.
To put it bluntly, the human body needs water to survive, maintain, and heal. If you don’t drink enough water, your body will store any water you do drink instead of flushing it out. This leads to increased weight gain, or water weight, which is not very appeasing when looking in the mirror!
